and your: SGL Profile Certificate

Based on Jan Petrus Hagberg’s observations from over 1500 supervisory conversations, certain qualities consistently appear in leaders and professionals who experience genuine self-realization. –

The SGL-Profile Certificate uses the remaining colors of the rainbow spectrum: Indigo, Green and Orange, as markers of achieved skills. Together, they reflect your leadership.
This is not a test of what you know — it is a mirror of who you are becoming.

Agent JP has solid knowledge and a strong commitment to sharing his insight and competence. He communicates with a natural authority toward anyone who asks for help.
