Home Lesson 6,2

Find your Team Code by circling the top or the bottom alternative (F / B ) and (S / L ) and ( R / H ) in the boxes above.
By finding your three capital letters, you have circled your color and your place in the Team matrix, and can move on to Lesson 6.3 where you will find a short and precise description of your profile in a team.

A practical approach

To show how different sides of our
personality interact, we can imagine our personality as a blank yellow sheet of paper.
Each team role takes up one-eighth of the sheet. This doesn’t mean we lose our other traits—just that some parts are more visible
than others.

Imagine that you are the entire sheet, while your strongest and dominant trait fills 1/8 of your whole being – The Team code determines your place!

Flow Code: (F) and (B) -The only one who can change throughout life

  • (F) = Parent / the extroverted Authority – focused on challenges, responsibility and results.
  • (B) = Child / the introverted Skills – focused on competence and values.

Decision Axis: (S) and (L)

  • (S) = Stimuli / Perceiving and excitement arena – seeking challenge, change, and risk.
  • (L) = Judging / the Law and order arena – focused on stability, responsibility, and loyalty.

Team Function: (R) and (H)

  • (R) = Rescuers / Warrior to ideals, goals, and results.
  • (H) = Helpers / The  warm-hearted people motivated by supporting and caring for others.

Summary - the four metaphors

The key to the SGL concept lies in the toolbox with its symbols and metaphors like Color mentale temper, Color “body” language and Color risk profile. – Together they frame our various leadership part roles, while SGL mirrors you and your main behavior in one of the four basic roles of the chess game. – Before you go any further, take a moment to remember the summary overview.
