Values: Secret 14 / Acceptance

or can you accept that you are accepted?

SGL- self-management

Secret:14

"Winnerteam will promote a conversation strategy, who says: We accept you who you are!"

the Age of Diversity

Leadership today is about more than setting direction and making decisions.
It requires the ability to see, accept, and include a diversity of perspectives: differing opinions, genders, languages, cultures, and values. This is no easy task, but it is essential for building communities that can truly achieve greatness.
The good news? It’s easier to start locally than globally. By bringing people together around a shared horizon – a mutual understanding of what we aim to achieve – we can build teams that not only endure change but thrive in it.

A Call to Leaders

The most successful leaders today are those who dare to acknowledge the reality we face and actively work to build bridges instead of digging trenches. Navigating diversity takes courage, but the rewards are worth it: Winning teams that leave a lasting impact and create a brighter future – not just for themselves but for society as a whole.
So, how can you, as a leader, bring people together under the same sky, even when their horizons differ? Start by listening. Take responsibility for creating a space where diversity can flourish. And above all, dare to think big – because while the world may be small, the possibilities are always limitless.

Secrets:14
– about acceptance and self development.

  • LESSONS 14,1 You will be aware of HOW the “meeting” between your own EGO and another’s YOU creates renewal and acceptance.

  • LESSONS 14,2 We will show the connection between change and resistance, and WHY a Total Quality Management (TQM) will require continuous self-development.

  • LESSON 14.3 focuses on memories and the traces left by the School of Life, as well as on Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder (PTSD) — and what you need to know about its symptoms, both as a private individual and as a leader.

Renewal happens:

When
my EGO
meets another’s
THOU

Self-growth
is not linear but cyclical—each phase offering both challenges and renewal.

The School of Life is Based on Experiential Learning

This means that memories and emotions tied to past experiences can be processed, developed, and used constructively in similar situations in the future. – This applies to both new, exciting and positive experiences, as well as experiences
involving loss, grief, and emotional pain.
No one escapes the School of Life — not even you.
So take a moment to notice the association, memory, or specific situation that just surfaced for you. – How did you handle it? How did you respond? – Do you recognize any of what you’ve just read?
